We could well see a yo-yo effect with the betting odds for UFC 189, from now until July.

Despite Jose Aldo's dominance in the 145 lb division, title challenger Conor McGregor is now the bookies' favourite to bring that golden strap back to Ireland. Interestingly enough, both title holders on the card are now underdogs as Rory MacDonald also overtook welterweight champion Robbie Lawlor to win their bout in the co-main event in the card.   Expect the odds to fluctuate over the next months as Irish fans pile money on the Notorious to become the first Irish UFC champion and usurp Jose Aldo's throne.
