For those uneducated naysayers who think mixed martial arts is nothing more than a barbaric spectacle between two thugs then perhaps you should check out the mutual respect shown between Paddy Holohan and Vaughan Lee.
The pair of flyweights put on a thrilling show for the Glasgow crowd at UFC Fight Night 72 and it was Dublin's own Holohan who came away with the unanimous decision victory.
And, being a famous tea fan, Holohan shared a cuppa with Birmingham's Lee after the clash which just goes to show that all beef is left in the octagon after the final bell.
Worrying lack of biscuits in the picture though.
