“What I think he needs to think about is fight at 205. Fight at 205 or show up and do what you’re supposed to do. There’s ways to cut weight properly and safely. You need to start doing that. That’s why we are encouraging everybody to come to the UFC Performance Institute. That’s why all the guys down there do what they’re supposed to do and do it the right way, cut weight safely. The guys who don’t listen, this is what happens."https://twitter.com/PaigeVanzantUFC/status/952235783733284865 Hall has broken his silence on the ordeal via Instagram Live. He confirmed that he was hospitalised, which he attributed to an underlying health problem he failed to address.
He denied White's comments about partying in LA, but assured his fans that he is now ding well and following doctor's orders. He vowed to never repeat that mistake.“It was probably the most traumatic experience I’ve ever had. I mean, I was in and out of it. I was conscious, but I was unconscious. I knew what was happening, but I was fighting over it. I was punching. I think I had a mini-seizure and at the same time a slight heart attack. My kidneys were just not good.”
"Man, I was so ready to freakin' throw down, but hit happens. The doctor said even if I made weight I probably would have died the next day because my body wasn't having it. Like I said, I'm never going to ignore my health again."You can check out the entire live cast in the video embedded below. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NCFJf0iL74Y
