High praise indeed.
Earlier this week, a clip emerged of 64-year-old Willy O'Toole doing a
dizzying number of muscle-ups. The Carlow native sent a good luck message to Irish UFC featherweight contender Conor McGregor before showcasing his age-defying level of fitness.
His message has made its to the man himself, as McGregor uploaded a video on Wednesday morning in which he praised O'Toole, and called him an inspiration. McGregor added that only a couple of people in his own gym would be able to pull off what the 64-year-old did in the video.
The Notorious closed off by trying his hand at some muscle-ups but admitted that he didn't quite have the same stellar technique as O'Toole.
