Last night saw the final preparations put in for UFC 194 and the Embedded crew gave us a behind-the-scenes look at how Conor McGregor, Jose Aldo, Chris Weidman and Luke Rockhold put the finishing touches on their training camps.
We saw each fighter get a sweat going during the open workouts before being a glimpse at the family life of Weidman in his hotel room at the MGM Grand.
The most entertaining portion of the latest episode sees Luke Rockhold get a training session in with manager "Crazy" Bob Cook while the always entertaining Daniel Cormier offers some not so motivational commentary.
The focus then shifts to the scales where all four men proudly stood, having reached the necessary weight limit for tonight's title fights.
