We're not going to lie, it looks nasty - and there's not a crunch in sight. It's all functional rolls and twists that will strengthen her core on the ground.
And then there's the good old-fashioning slamming her in the stomach with a medicine ball.
She's definitely going to be just as tough to beat on January 2.
