Former UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones is back hitting big numbers in the gym.
The former pound-for-pound champion and arguably the greatest fighter to ever grace an Octagon posted a video of himself working out on Thursday which must have put the fear of God into everyone else in the division.
Jones posted a new video of him achieving a new personal best deadlift of 525 pounds. While that sounds very impressive (because it is) it's still nowhere near that of
Cian Healy, so will mark that down as a win for the Irish.
Bones is still suspended indefinitely from MMA while the UFC reviews his
guilty plea agreement for his involvement in a hit-and-run in which a pregnant woman broke her arm.
