WATCH: Conor McGregor speaks humbly about John Kavanagh and his Irish fans

Conor McGregor has been keeping a (relatively) low profile since he defeated Nate Diaz at UFC 202.

https://twitter.com/TheNotoriousMMA/status/774005910549041153 The Dubliner is plotting his next moves and may yet return to the featherweight division to defend his belt, despite mounting speculation about a charge at Eddie Alvarez' lightweight strap. John Kavanagh, McGregor's coach, is one of the main guests on the Late Late Show, tonight, but we are not expecting any fight announcements. Ahead of his coach's TV outing, McGregor posted a good luck video in which he came across as extremely humble. He said:

"It's great to finally see Coach Kavanagh get the recognition he truly deserves because what an amazing coach he is. "I wouldn't be in the position I am without Coach Kavanagh's guidance throughout the years."

McGregor had a few words for his Irish fans too. "All the support is much appreciated," he said. "Everyone that stuck by me through thick and thin, through everything, and that had my back... I want to thank you."
