At the RDS, Mike Ross' second professional try earned Leinster victory over Scarlets, a defeat that saw Connacht take top spot. The Welsh side's unbeaten start to the season ended as the Irish province ran out winners 19-15.
Leinster fans will be buoyed by Jonny Sexton playing the final 30 minutes, but will have some concern over the injury of Rob Kearney. The full-back appeared to tweak his hamstring mid way through the first half, and coach Leo Cullen said post-game Kearney's injury will be assessed over the weekend.
