Breakfast: Overnight oats (porridge oats, milk, yoghurt, fruit, scoop of whey protein) Snack: Protein shake on the drive in to training. Second breakfast: Eggs, bacon, tomato and spinach OR protein pancakes Gym session followed by shake with protein. Lunch: Chicken with pesto and tomato and potatoes OR chicken curry with cous cous Pitch session, often with another shake after that. Snack: A couple of lean meats (turkey or ham), occasionally some salad. Fruit and yoghurt with nuts. Dinner: Sweet potato and lasagna.
