Former Ireland internationals Barry Murphy and Andrew Trimble were joined in studio by David O'Doherty and all three discussed how Ireland could line out against the Italians in their next Guinness Six Nations fixture.
BARRY: “I think Larmour should start. I think Sean Cronin should start and… Carbery.” ANDREW: “I don’t think they need… even that last game, they were still going full strength two games in a row and they made changes. So the changes will happen reasonably naturally. I don’t think they need to force it that much.” BARRY: “I’d just love to see him getting a go. I’d love to see Larmour. Like Cronin did well, Kearney, at the weekend but imagine Larmour getting those passes in that channel. I think he would have gone to town on Scotland.”O'Doherty would like to see Andrew Conway get a go in the Ireland back three, if he can get a game with Munster this weekend, while there was also talk of a third centre combination in three games - Chris Farrell wearing No.12 with Ulster's Will Addison joining him in midfield.
