Ireland captain Johnny Sexton looks to have played his final game for Leinster after the province issued the injury update we all feared this afternoon.
Sexton was injured in Ireland's Six Nations Grand Slam win over England at the Aviva Stadium on Paddy's weekend, and will now have to undergo a procedure to correct the groin injury he sustained.
There is a chance he might make it back, but the report states that it is “likely” he will miss the rest of the season.

INJURY UPDATE – UNAVAILABLE FOR SELECTION:Johnny Sexton: will see a specialist tomorrow and have a procedure on the groin injury picked up in last Saturday’s game against England which will likely keep him sidelined for the remainder of the Leinster Rugby season.
Leinster also confirmed they had no further updates on: Jamie Osborne (knee), Rónan Kelleher (shoulder), Joe McCarthy (ankle), Cormac Foley (hamstring), Martin Moloney (knee) and Charlie Ngatai (hamstring).
