Jackson wasn't included in the 27-man Ireland squad to face New Zealand this Saturday in Chicago due to "personal reasons."
Both men deny any wrongdoing. Jackson's solicitor, Kevin Winters, said his client completely rejected the allegations. Winters also expressed concern that the information had been leaked to the press before the conclusion of the investigation.
