We all saw Simon Zebo's brilliant try against Romania on Sunday chalked off by the pernickety TMO who ruled that the Munster man had his foot in touch as he collected his own chip forward on the left touchline.
The TMO didn't even have the decency to flash up a 6.0 for artistic integrity on the big screen at Wembley.
Rules are rules, the officials would no doubt say, or, being good rugby folk, laws are laws.
Well the TMOs have been at it again on Tuesday at Sandy Park, disallowing another spectacular try, this time from Tonga's Telusa Veainu, who brilliantly collected a pass on the bounce before crossing spectacularly in the corner.
The TMO rules that Veainu's hand was in touch and the try was disallowed.
Total killjoys, those TMOs. You'd hate to have to go for a pint with one.
