Rocked. Stunned.
A country just rose from the ashes and ripped up the script that they were handed at the entry door of a football stadium in Brighton.
And you could tell the effort that went in to such a feat.
It wasn't just 80 minutes of hard work. For some, it was a lifetime dedicated to it. For others, they've lived and breathed it, believed it. And the supporters were there the whole way.
That's why the celebrations after Japan's 34-32 win over South Africa were so monumental. A group of men, supporters, neutrals and a whole country come together in joy.
These scenes will bring a tear to a glass eye and they'll melt a cold heart.
Just brilliant.
