This was nasty.
The Glasgow Warriors and Connacht played out a highly entertaining affair at Scotstoun on Saturday evening.
Connacht took the lead early on but were not able to live with the power which the home side produced as they leaked four tries as Glasgow ran out 35-24 winners.
It was a highly attritional affair with many off-the-ball incidents taking place throughout the game.
One of the most contentious moments took place in the second half when Tim Swinson was sent off for an absolutely reckless challenge on Connacht's Dave Heffernan.

Heffernan was going to ground after being tackled by another Glasgow player.
Out of nowhere, Swinson came in with a swinging arm which connected to the face of Heffernan.
There was absolutely no attempt to wrap the arms and based on the footage there was only one intention which the Scottish lock had.

Swinson rightly received a red card but unfortunately, the western province were unable to capitalise on their numerical advantage as they were on the wrong end of an 11 point deficit.
