PIC: Sunderland fans hire plane to mercilessly mock Newcastle’s record against them

Sunderland supporters have taken fan banter to the next level.

The Black Cats are enjoying some stellar form against their fierce rivals, winning each of their last five meetings and a group of fans are making sure Newcastle supporters don't forget it anytime soon. During this afternoon's game between Newcastle and Tottenham at St James Park, a plane could be seen overhead with the banner "5 in a row - Sunderland." The stunt obviously put the Magpies off their game and they ended up losing 3-1 to Spurs, leaving them pointless since February.
