REVEALED: The stunning Kop mosaic that will welcome Steven Gerrard onto Anfield pitch

Steven Gerrard is playing his last* home game for Liverpool, against Crystal Palace, this evening.

Liverpool are planning a stadium-wide mosaic tribute to their captain to mark the seminal occasion. These mosaic tiles have been left on fan's seats, well in advance of kick-off.
