When it comes to discussing the potential replacements for Louis van Gaal at Manchester United, three names top the list: Jose Mourinho, Pep Guardiola and Ryan Giggs.
Given that Carlo Ancelotti has already signed a deal with Bayern Munich and Diego Simeone is apparently being lined up by Chelsea, there aren't many 'elite' managers left to choose from.
