It's not just a failure in the clinical department because stats also show that Liverpool are, on average, shooting three times less per game in this campaign than they were in the 2013/14 season.
The difference in shot conversion percenage is also staggering with shots from the Liverpool of last year almost 50% more likely to nestle in the back of the net.
And there's no need for a graph to show the difference between Liverpool's top scorer on 14 April last year and 14 April this year.
Damning stuff eh?
