Talk last night is that Liverpool are ready to launch a bid of around €30 million for Chelsea and Germany star Andre Shurrle. The 20-year-old is relatively unproven when compared to van Gaal's current attacking roster but, let's face it, he's Brazilian. For once United fans will be glad they're not chasing a defender in this market.
The Daily Mirror are reporting that Tottenham Hotspur boss, Mauricio Pochettino, will give chase to his old Southampton player, Jay Rodriguez. The only problem is that he must offload Emmanuel Adebayor to finance the purchase. Someone who will buy Emmanuel Adebayor? Just waiting for a pig to fly here.
