Well, this is embarrassing.
After receiving a red card in a Norwegian top flight clash, Espen Hoff of IK Start simply lost the rag.
To his credit, he waited until he made that long, lonely walk down the tunnel, where he thought he was out of sight from the cameras before he decided to flip out fully.
Unfortunately for Hoff, the cameras followed him as he aggressively kicked the air in anger and wound up falling flat on his hoop.
