These penalty kick attempts are more messy than Messi.
Austrian 3rd division side FC Pingzgau have developed an ingenious new penalty-taking training drill.
The premise is very simple. Players spin around a ball until they've fully lost their equilibrium and then try to run up and kick the penalty. If you think that sounds like a bad idea, it's because it definitely is.
Fortunately though, the training session was caught on camera and the results were pretty damn spectacular. As you can imagine, the players didn't enjoy the best success with their spot-kicks after making themselves dizzy beyond belief.
