Good to see from the Chelsea captain.
John Terry and Rio Ferdinand are no friends.
That may never change but Terry put past differences to one side to pass on his, and Chelsea's condolences, to his former England team-mate following
the passing of Ferdinand's wife, Rebecca Ellison, on Friday.
Following the 1-0 win that clinched Chelsea a league title, Terry told Sky Sports, 'On behalf of myself and everybody at Chelsea, we sent our condolences to Rio Ferdinand and his family after the terrible news yesterday.'
By captaining Chelsea to a Premier League win for the fourth time, Terry has matched the feat previously achieved by Manchester United's Roy Keane.
Terry and Ferdinand clashed in the past - most famously when the Chelsea defender was accused of racially abusing Ferdinand's brother, Anton.
For Terry to pass on his thoughts, and those of Chelsea, amid such scenes of jubilation was a nice touch.
