coming to terms with leaving out Stoke's Marko Arnautovic after he picked up a brace of goals against Manchester City, David has even more to be upset about.
Not only did he leave Arnautovic on his bench, but the former Inter man is sitting beside fellow two-goal hero Riyad Mahrez, as well as Jack Butland and his early game clean sheet.
