Brady recalled one club game, against Clare outfit Kilmurry Ibrickane, when they were beaten 'at fighting but not playing football'. He commented:
"I remember there was a guy put on me called Horse. "All I heard was, 'Give it to him Horse. Give it to him!!' "I said to him, 'You can be here for the next two days but you're not going to... ' "I said, 'You see them teeth? I lost them teeth by letting some lad fight me. You can hit away but you're not winning the game.' "He hammered me anyway. HAMMERED ME!"Laughing, Brady agreed that hearing your man-marker called Horse or Bull is one of the parts of GAA he definitely does not missed.
