Surely, victims of recent near-fatal car crashes are off limits
A Carolina Panthers supporter had a rather poor choice of attire for their clash against the Buccaneers yesterday. The fan donned a bloody face, bandages and last but, certainly not least, a steering wheel dangling from his neck to complete the tasteless ensemble.

The costume was clearly poking fun at Cam Newton, the Panthers' quarterback who was involved in a potentially life-threatening car crash less than a week ago in Charlotte. Newton managed to escape fatal injuries but did sustain two lower transverse fractures in his back.
