Adding in the four-game win streak at the end of last season and Golden State's 28-game run becomes the second-longest in NBA history, following the 1971-72 Los Angeles Lakers.
The result was made even sweeter for the section of fans, including owner Marc Lasry, who all wore 24-1 T-shirts to the game.
