The Indianapolis Colts coach has gotten us all riled up with the speech he delivered to his players after their impressive comeback victory that earned them their first win of the season. Trailing by 27-14 in the fourth quarter, the Colts rallied to score three touchdowns in the final fifteen minutes and steal the W away from the Tennessee Titans. https://www.youtube.com/watch?t=76&v=OPV82DLdxao And when Pagano got his players back in the dressing room, the former safety held back tears as he congratulated his team for showing unprecedented levels of heart, fight, grit and other terms that we, in all probability, massively lack. But that didn't stop us from getting inspired by the words of Pagano, who knows all about fighting after overcoming Leukaemia in 2012.

“I can’t tell you how damn proud I am of every man and every coach in this room. Grit always wins. I guarantee you when shit hit the fan in that third quarter the only ones that believed were in this room right now. Because you believe and you’ve got grit and you got resilience and you got fight, you dig your way out of something that nobody thought you could dig yourself out of. “I’m telling you this is bigger than a football game. This is about life and learning lessons about life. That you can do anything that you want to do. Anything. You have faith and you have family and you have belief in one another. And you have grit. You have intestinal fortitude. You've got resolve. You got it kid. Everyone of you has got it. Big time. That’s as big of win that I’ve ever been a part of in my life. I’ll cherish that for the rest of my life. I guarantee you that. And why we do this is for moments just like this. Moments just like this!"
