Billy Joel is set to return to Charlotte after a six-years away from the city. To commemorate the news, the Hornets have decided to release a promo video of some of their players doing a rendition of one of his most famous songs. What could possibly go wrong?
Well, Cody Zeller, Brian Roberts, Noah Vonleh and P.J. Hairston gave their best rendition of Joel's classic hit Piano Man, and it might just be the worst noise we've heard since the vuvuzela was all the rage.
Despite the fact that they may have absolutely ruined the song forever, they sure do look like they had fun doing it. The resulting video is as entertaining as it is unbearable to listen to.
Marks for effort lads, but don't quit the day job.
