Sick of your relatives already? Can't take any more board games? Can't face the post-Christmas sales? Well you're in luck. St Stephen's Day is a great day to just park yourself on the couch, and there's no need to watch Back to the Future for the 15,000th time, because there's a serious amount of live sport on TV. Here's our guide to being a couch-bound fat arse, and there's no need to feel guilty about it, because it's Christmas. First up, Manchester United travel to Stoke City in the early Premier League kick-off.The Britannia Ground hasn't been a happy hunting ground for United in recent seasons, and this could potentially be Louis van Gaal's final game in charge. The coverage gets under way at 12:30 on Sky Sports 1, with kick-off at 12:45. Switch straight over to Setenta Sports 1 at the final whistle to see coverage of Liverpool v Leicester City in what should be the game of the day. The Foxes are in flying form, and Liverpool need a win to arrest a recent slump. This should be a fascinating, entertaining game between two high-pressing, energetic teams. Coverage starts at 2:30, with the game kicking off at 3pm. If you want a break from the football, switch over to Channel 4 for coverage of racing from Kempton Park and Wetherby. Coverage starts at 1:10pm, with the big race of the day, The King George, going to post at 3:10pm.Back to the football, and Newcastle play Everton at 5:30, live on BT Sports 1.  There should be goals in this one. This season, only Leicester have scored more than the Toffees, and only Sunderland have conceded more than Newcastle.If you've had your fill of football, switch on TG4 for coverage of Connacht v Ulster in the Pro12. The last fixture between the pair at the Sportsground finished 27-20 in favour of the Ulstermen, so expect another high scoring encounter.Back to football, and Arsenal travel to Southampton for the final Premier League fixture of the day. The Gunners are in red-hot form and this should be an entertaining fixture. Kick-off is at 7:45.Away from field sports, coverage of the World Darts Championship continues from 6pm on Sky Sports 2.That should take you up 10pm, which will give you 30 minutes of quality family time before Match of the Day starts at 10:30pm on BBC One. Every Premier League team plays today, so there should plenty of goals on display.
