It is refreshing to have a non-doping related scandal in cycling for a change.
The organisers of the Lotto Cycling Cup have apologised after for a controversy involving bikini-clad women posing with cyclists at the winners podium.
Cycling fans were in equal parts confused and enraged at seeing the skimpily dressed models at the women's cycling event. It didn't take long for the retweets and shares to build up, and for the scandal to go viral.
