Gerwyn Price has finally curbed his taunting after his fiery Grand Slam of Darts final victory over Gary Anderson.
Price didn't exactly endear himself to fans in Wolverhampton as he riled both Anderson and the crowd up to a near-frenzy en route to his 16-13 win.
The Welshman crossed the line in the eyes of several purists as he repeatedly celebrated in Anderson's face and took his Scottish rival out of his comfort zone while claiming eight of the last 10 legs in Sunday evening's final.
Physical contact was made at one stage, when Anderson took umbrage with Price leaning into him during his celebration and angrily shoved 'The Iceman' towards the board.

Price relished the growing tension and kept his nerve to lift the Eric Bristow Trophy to a chorus of boos.
Price was predictably unapologetic after the biggest win of his career to date and brought his bravado into his post-match interview.
"I'm throwing my darts, he needs to wait for his turn," Price told Sky Sports. "He doesn't like it when it's a little bit up him, so unlucky.
"I knew when he beat Michael [Van Gerwen] that I was going to beat him. Simple.
"He can't handle playing me. He just moans every time that I'm doing this, doing that. Concentrate on your own game."
The 33-year-old, who used to play rugby, was just as brash with his reaction on social media although Price has since deleted a tweet in which he mocked Anderson.

Ahead of the upcoming PDC World Championships, Price has certainly got the darts world talking and he will be prepared for a hostile reaction at Alexandra Palace next month.
