But Shelly is made of tougher stuff. At just 5 ft 4 inches and 140 pounds, this teenage girl has left us scratching our heads at her amazing strength as she deadlifts 350lbs with little difficulty.
Shelly's brother posted the video and explained that the weightlifting prodigy reached the point where she can deadlift 2 and a half times her weight after training for just four years and that in her first session, Shelly lifted 175 lbs.
Colour us impressed.
