Nick Kyrgios doesn't always seem to enjoy his tennis. In fact he rarely seems to enjoy his tennis.
He does seem to enjoy certain darker elements of the game - like
messing with an opponent's head by telling him about his girlfriend's former lovers.
Supremely talented and exciting to watch, the Australian did admit during Wimbledon that he
prefers playing Pokemon Go to tennis.
The 21-year-old has not always been overly keen to represent his country in the Davis Cup,
twice pleading illness to get out of international duty.
When he does play he can be very, very good. But when it goes wrong, expect fireworks. Like in Cincinnati last night when he lost to Croatian teenager Borna Coric, 7-6, 4-6, 7-6.
After the first set tie-break loss he showed his frustration at a couple of errors by smashing the shit out of the racket he was playing with.
