Blake's time of 10.12 seconds allowed the second fastest man on the planet to defeat compatriots Michael Frater and Mario Forsythe, and beat Warren Fraser's 12-month-old record of 10.20 seconds.
The Jamaican admitted he was slightly disappointed that he didn't run a sub-10 second race, but sounded his appreciation for the Santry track.
