On Sunday, Dustin Johnson was hoping to join the exclusive club; one so hard to get into that the likes of Jack Nicklaus, Gary Player, Rory McIlroy and every other unbelievable golfer that haven't been mentioned aren't a part of.
Johnson was playing his first tournament since he was victorious at the WGC – Dell Technologies Match Play and also his first tournament since he pulled out of the
Masters at the start of April.
Johnson just about made the cut to stick around for the weekend, creeping in at one over par but shooting a five under 67 on Saturday brought him back into the fold.
Teeing off on Sunday, Johnson was in a tie for 14
th, four shots off leader Patrick Reed. With a scintillating five-under par, Johnson soared to the top of the leader board.

It then looked for the life of us that he would be facing Pat Perez in a playoff to duel for the crown but world number 93 Brian Harman ended up swooping in and spoiling the party with an incredible putt.
